which means you lose out on the $3.41 you spent on Walking Dead Season One but that way you only lose $3.41 if Telltale games really aren't your sort of thing. Honestly try adding " The Walking Dead Season One" from telltale games to your steam wish list and snag it for $3.41 during one of the sales I mentioned above, I enjoyed the heck out of that one and if you like that (it got rave reviews and is credited with reviving the "point and click" type games) then consider putting "The walking dead the telltale definitive edition" on your steam wish list for $20 on sale. and these games still got great reviews from online reviewers like IGN and gamespot and so forth. on the other hand to me games like the Batman Arkham games and the rebooted Tomb Raider games are a ton of fun and while say Batman in particular is very open ended about how many different ways you can defeat the bad guys to get to your goal and advance the storyline there still is only "one" storyline you can choose. so it's definitely not "open world" like say Skyrim for example. it's basically a "choose your own adventure" story very much on rails and while your decisions will have a certain effect on the outcomes in the end there's normally just "one" ending you're going to arrive at no matter what. Telltale games like the original Tales from the Borderlands are one of those things you will either love or hate. ![]() trying to remember if Steam also has a black friday/autumn sale) and snag it for $6.24 so that way you're not too sad if it wasn't what you expected ![]() Try adding the original " Tales from the Borderlands" to your steam wish list, wait until the next Steam sale (say their winter or summer sale for example. I haven't played New Tales from the Borderlands though online reviews do indeed seem to say not as good as the original.
